People versus machines; the real deal

Printing companies now have the choice of choosing modern machineries to do their printing needs rather than having staff do them. The simple reasoning is that there is no need to stick with paying higher wages when you can have efficient machines doing all the work.
Besides having the capability to do more and be less expensive, printing machines have proven their effectiveness over the years. The focus now has been shifted to aggressive marketing since there is enough competition out there.
Marketing is a field that humans can do better than machines. This is because machines do not yet have the capacity to answer inquiries or questions like man can do. They are not rational being. Queries about the printing methods and how they work still has to go through staff hired and trained by the company.
If there ever comes a time when machines have the capabilities to do what humans can in the customer service field, then we can expect them to take over this field too. For now, we still rule.
